Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact projects in Sweden. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise along with Order Management experience and excellent command of the Swedish language (both written and spoken) to effectively collaborate with local stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Manage and oversee Order Management processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Coordinate between sales, supply chain, finance, and operations teams for seamless order lifecycle management.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects using standardized methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies clearly in Swedish and English.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and operational bottlenecks, particularly in order processing workflows.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews in Swedish.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes and Swedish regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in both project execution and order management operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager with exposure to Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Strong proficiency in Swedish (mandatory) and good command of English.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and order processing tools.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments is a plus.
