Our client is a leading diversified business group based in the UAE for over 50 years, specializing in FMCG, manufacturing, trading, distribution, real estate, construction, facility management, interior designing & fit-out etc delivering innovative solutions and high-quality products to regional and international markets. They have offices in KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and in the UAE.
We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive (Amazon & Marketplace) for our client at Dubai location.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Sales, Performance & Growth Management
- Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces, with primary focus on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, to drive online sales growth and improve platform performance across a catalog of more than 3,000 SKUs.
- Own end-to-end account management across Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central), including trade terms, negotiations, and performance optimization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales revenue, traffic, conversion rates, Buy Box performance, and customer engagement, and implement actions to improve results.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs while driving overall marketplace performance.
- Develop and execute a strategic e-commerce roadmap to grow the channel to AED 5M by end of 2027 (current baseline: AED 1.6M).
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities into additional marketplaces such as Noon and Styli, with full ownership of onboarding and performance.
- Implement cross-selling, upselling, and bundle strategies to increase average order value.
2. Product Listing, Content & Merchandising
- Create and optimize product listings including new ASIN creation, titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ content to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Ensure all listings include high-quality images, accurate descriptions, and relevant keywords aligned with marketplace best practices.
- Manage pricing strategies, rebates, promotions, and merchandising activities to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Handle chargeback management and pricing structures in alignment with vendor agreements.
3. Supply Chain, Inventory & Operations Management
- Lead supply chain coordination including forecasting, ordering, inventory planning, monitoring, and stock depletion.
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs), forecasting, and replenishment planning to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Maintain accurate inventory synchronization across all platforms and minimize out-of-stock risks.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining strong service levels, lead times, and fulfillment efficiency.
- Manage wholesale operations where applicable across Vendor Central and other marketplaces.
4. Vendor Management & Business Development
- Manage vendor relationships with e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Noon, and Styli, covering negotiations, trade terms, and commercial agreements.
- Lead vendor negotiations and ensure favorable commercial terms to support profitability and growth.
- Source, onboard, and manage a minimum of 5 new brands annually to expand the product portfolio.
- Apply a retail account management mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing and marketplace dynamics.
5. Marketing, Advertising & Customer Experience
- Manage marketing investments including Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), promotions, and visibility campaigns with clear ROI tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor and maintain marketplace account health including order defect rate, late shipment rate, policy compliance, and listing suppression issues.
- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints to maintain high satisfaction and seller ratings.
6. Reporting, Analytics & Process Optimization
- Prepare weekly updates and detailed monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Use data-driven analysis to improve sales, marketing effectiveness, and operational performance.
- Establish scalable processes, workflows, and SOPs to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain strong seller account health metrics.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central.
- Strong experience in ASIN creation, listing optimization, and catalog management.
- Proven experience in PO management, forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain coordination.
- Hands-on experience in vendor negotiations, trade terms, pricing strategies, rebates, and chargeback management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Experience managing marketing spend (AMS or similar platforms) with ROI tracking.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
