Role: Scrum Master- Bilingual (EN/FR)

What you will do:

• Scrum Ceremonies Leadership: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Meeting Effectiveness: Ensure ceremonies are productive, time-boxed, and deliver value to the team
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve ceremony effectiveness and team engagement
• Impediment Identification: Proactively identify and track team impediments and blockers
• Resolution Coordination: Work with stakeholders to remove organizational, technical, and process impediments
• Escalation Management: Escalate complex impediments to appropriate leadership levels when necessary
• Follow-up: Ensure timely resolution and communicate progress to affected teams
• Agile Coaching: Coach team members on Scrum principles, practices, and agile mindset
• Performance Improvement: Guide teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement
• Skill Development: Mentor team members in agile practices and collaborative techniques
• Change Management: Support teams through agile transformation initiatives
• Process Adherence: Ensure teams follow established agile practices and organizational standards
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality of deliverables and processes
• Metrics Tracking: Implement and track key agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time)
• Continuous Improvement: Drive retrospective actions and process enhancements
• RTE Collaboration
• Release Train Coordination: Collaborate closely with Release Train Engineers (RTE) on program-level activities
• PI Planning Support: Participate in Program Increment planning and ART synchronization
• Cross-team Dependencies: Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to manage inter-team dependencies
• Scaling Agile: Support SAFe implementation and scaling agile practices across the organization
• Polyvalent Support: Adapt to various project types, technologies, and team structures
• Migration Leadership: Coordinate and facilitate system migrations, technology transitions, and process changes
• Technical Understanding: Maintain sufficient technical knowledge to effectively support development teams
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with migrations and technical changes
• Jira Administration: Deep proficiency in Jira configuration, workflow management, and customization
• Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards for team and stakeholder visibility
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate meaningful reports and metrics using Jira and other tools
• Tool Optimization: Continuously improve tool usage and team productivity through better configurations

Basic Qualifications (BQ):

• Jira Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Jira administration, workflow configuration, and reporting
• Dashboard Tools: Proficiency in creating dashboards using Jira, Confluence, and other visualization tools
• Agile Tools: Experience with various agile project management tools and methodologies
• Migration Tools: Familiarity with migration planning and execution tools
