leAs the Project Manager, you will report to the VP of Construction and you will be working within a strong team of construction industry professionals to accomplish the key goals of projects. What you'll need to su

cceedTo be considered for this very important role, you must have at least 5+ years of construction management experience, ideally with large interior fit-up projects, up to $50M. You must have a government security clearance in place. Ideally, for Secret, Reliability will be considered. You must have a strong background in ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) construction with very strong and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6. Proven ability to manage contracts, subcontracts, and construction teams. Deep understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and quality control. Excellent communication and organizational sk
