About The Role

We are seeking a skilled React Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. This role plays a key part in building modern, high-performance interfaces and contributing to continuous improvement of web development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance responsive web applications using React and modern front-end technologies

Translate technical requirements into well-structured, maintainable, and efficient code

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones and high-quality outputs

Perform testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability

Document technical designs, specifications, and development processes

Identify and resolve common development and deployment issues in a timely manner

Contribute to configuration and release management activities to support smooth deployments

Proactively suggest improvements based on recurring development patterns and best practices

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Solid foundation in web development (HTML, CSS) and responsive design

Experience with version control and software development lifecycle practices

Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions independently in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API)

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front-end integration

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Knowledge of performance optimization and web best practices
