We're looking for a Compensation & Benefits professional who enjoys using data to solve problems, improve processes and support sound business decisions. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analysing trends and managing the day-to-day administration that keeps our compensation and benefits programmes running smoothly. If you enjoy balancing analysis with execution and are motivated by continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.


What You'll Do

  • Administer compensation and benefits programmes across the employee lifecycle
  • Analyse compensation, benefits and manpower cost data to support business decisions
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and management insights
  • Manage employee benefits and vendor relationships
  • Drive process improvements and HR system enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements


What We're Looking For

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Resilient, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
