Compensation & Benefits Specialist

We're looking for a Compensation & Benefits professional who enjoys using data to solve problems, improve processes and support sound business decisions. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analysing trends and managing the day-to-day administration that keeps our compensation and benefits programmes running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Administer compensation and benefits programmes across the employee lifecycle
• Analyse compensation, benefits and manpower cost data to support business decisions
• Prepare reports, dashboards and management insights
• Manage employee benefits and vendor relationships
• Drive process improvements and HR system enhancements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

What We're Looking For

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Resilient, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
