What You'll Do
- Administer compensation and benefits programmes across the employee lifecycle
- Analyse compensation, benefits and manpower cost data to support business decisions
- Prepare reports, dashboards and management insights
- Manage employee benefits and vendor relationships
- Drive process improvements and HR system enhancements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
What We're Looking For
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Resilient, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
