Role Description

We are hiring an On-Chain Capital Markets Manager to support market research, capital flow analysis, and strategic intelligence across cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, and blockchain-based financial ecosystems. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in the USA focused on on-chain capital markets, Web3 financial infrastructure, and digital asset opportunities.

The role involves researching on-chain activity, monitoring capital flows, analyzing liquidity conditions, evaluating token ecosystems, and supporting strategy across DeFi, stablecoins, tokenized assets, Web3 infrastructure, exchanges, and crypto-native financial markets. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain data, Web3 investing, capital markets, digital assets, and decentralized financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead research across on-chain capital markets, cryptocurrency markets, blockchain networks, and digital asset sectors

• Monitor capital flows, token performance, liquidity conditions, market cycles, investor sentiment, and ecosystem growth

• Evaluate opportunities across DeFi, stablecoins, tokenized assets, infrastructure, exchanges, and blockchain-based financial applications

• Track developments across protocols, Web3 startups, venture activity, regulatory updates, token ecosystems, and on-chain market behavior

• Review public blockchain data, market reports, investor updates, news, research sources, and analytics platforms to identify relevant insights

• Develop capital markets reports, market intelligence updates, opportunity summaries, and digital asset research materials

• Support strategic discussions around portfolio exposure, capital allocation, liquidity, market risk, and Web3 investment opportunities

• Collaborate with team members on research, market analysis, ecosystem strategy, and blockchain-focused initiatives

• Maintain organized research materials, capital flow notes, market watchlists, opportunity pipelines, and crypto intelligence materials

Qualifications

• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, on-chain markets, digital assets, blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 financial systems

• Familiarity with capital markets, crypto markets, token ecosystems, liquidity, DeFi protocols, or digital asset research

• Understanding of market research, on-chain activity, capital flows, investor sentiment, risk factors, and blockchain-based financial infrastructure

• Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, financial research sources, or digital asset platforms is a plus

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills

• Clear written communication and ability to present complex market insights effectively

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple research priorities

• Previous experience in capital markets, investment research, crypto research, market analysis, DeFi research, fintech, or emerging technology research is helpful

Compensation

Salary range: $115,000 - $130,000 USD per year depending on experience
