Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, configuration, maintenance, and support of enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Support senior engineers with network troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
  • Monitor network health using established tools and respond to alerts and operational issues.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for network incidents, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
  • Support the execution of infrastructure projects by completing assigned implementation and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP, BGP, OSPF, LACP, and STP.
  • Hands-on experience with routing and switching fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
  • Experience using network diagnostic and troubleshooting tools such as ICMP, Syslog, and Wireshark.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
