Human Resources Generalist - Developer - Arabic Speaker
Required to join a government backed developer working on the construction and management of economic zones in Qatar. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
Duties include
Employee Relations: Acts as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolves workplace conflicts, and assists with grievances, disciplinary meetings, and terminations.
2. Benefits & Compensation: Administers employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, retirement), assists with payroll processing, and manages leave requests.
3. Compliance: Ensures all company policies align with local, state, and federal labor laws, maintains compliance logs, and updates the employee handbook.
4. Performance & Talent Management: Supports managers with the annual review process, tracks employee goals, and helps identify training or development needs.
5. HRIS Management: Maintains accurate, confidential employee records using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and prepares HR metrics reports
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is required
3+ years experience working as HR generalist
Experience within developers, contractors in Qatar desirable
MUST speak Arabic
MUST be based in Qatar
