What project we have for you

Our fast-growing and professional team is looking for a Product Mobile Designer who will join the development of a new bespoke white label card solution that will allow employees to pay for medical expenses. Our client is one of the most well-known and funded startups in its industry, based in the United States. By joining our team, you will get exceptional businesstechnicalmultinational experience working with the demanded product in a competitive American market.

The candidate will be a part of the brand new project team to create a top-notch system from scratch, acting as an expert in technologies with dedicated innovation resources. The project goal is to build and set up a new scalable product and increase the time to market for the system.

The team is responsible for all aspects of building the product, from ideation to creation. Cloud-native architecture with Agile product development practices are used within the project.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to deliver exceptional design solutions.
• Advocate for users by creating and presenting human-centered design solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Design web and mobile solutions, taking projects from concept through implementation.
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights to inform and validate design decisions.
• Develop, reuse, and maintain Design Systems and UI kits to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
• Create prototypes to visualize interactions and gather feedback.
• Incorporate accessibility principles into your designs, championing inclusive and human-centered experiences.
• Share knowledge and insights through presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions for the design community.

What you need for this

• Portfolio with Native Mobile cases: Experience designing complete end-to-end flows for iOS and Android. We’re looking for someone focused on mobile apps, not responsive web or isolated screens.
• Knowledge of mobile guidelines: Hands-on experience with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design, with an understanding of interface behavior across different platforms.
• Product thinking: Ability to design based on research and metrics, not just drawing interfaces.
• Technical background: Understanding of the mobile development process and the ability to prepare designs for developer handoff without losing logic or architecture.
• Understanding of Flutter: Knowledge of the specifics, components, and constraints of cross-platform development with Flutter.
• Understanding of the product design domain, including best practices and emerging trends.
• 2-3 years of experience in product design.
• Experience designing and delivering world-class digital experiences for mobile.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork with internal and external stakeholders.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, rationale, and impactful results.
• English proficiency at a B2+ level or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in a relevant project domain or designing similar products.
• Knowledge of interface animation to enhance user experiences.
• Relevant IT or Design education, certifications, or completed courses.
