Creative Producer (Gamedev)

They are looking for a talented Creative Producer to join the team and take ownership of creative production for their FPS projects. This role combines creative strategy, User Acquisition understanding, competitor analysis, and hands-on work with gameplay-based and AI-generated creatives. The ideal candidate knows how to identify winning creative concepts, turn data into creative hypotheses, prepare clear briefs, and work closely with internal teams and external contractors to improve creative quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative strategies for FPS projects;
• Generate ideas and prepare clear briefs for video, playable, and static creatives;
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and top-performing creatives;
• Identify successful creative approaches and adapt them to the company’s projects;
• Analyze UA and product metrics to formulate creative hypotheses;
• Work closely with the art team and provide structured feedback;
• Improve the overall quality of creatives;
• Work with external contractors and provide feedback on delivered assets;
• Work with both gameplay-based and AI-video creative production pipelines;
• Use AI tools in daily creative production.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Creative Producer in the gamedev industry, ideally with FPS or shooter projects;
• Understanding of User Acquisition and key metrics, including product metrics;
• Ability to analyze data and formulate creative hypotheses;
• Ability to analyze competitors, find top-performing creatives on the market, and adapt them to the company’s projects;
• Understanding of how creatives are produced in Unreal Engine and Unity;
• Experience with AI video generation tools such as Veo, Seedance, Kling, Runway, or similar;
• Experience with prompting and working with AI-generated content;
• Understanding of both creative production pipelines: gameplay-based creatives and AI-generated videos;
• Experience working with external contractors;
• Ability to provide clear and structured feedback;
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Bonus points for

• Experience automating creative production processes with AI;
• Experience with scripts, LLM APIs, n8n, or similar automation tools;
• Experience with mid-core shooters or action games;
• Knowledge of ASO.
