We are seeking a talented and driven IT Applications Manager | Developer to take ownership of critical IT applications, manage key projects, and support a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

• Support and build critical IT applications and manage incidents with precision and urgency.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of IT projects, including testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Identify and deploy tailored IT solutions, leveraging global resources, in-house development, or external partners
• Manage service requests and align with IT governance standards
• Support multiple IT and non-tech departments
• Champion Lean and Six Sigma

What You Need:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in same/ similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Products (CRM, Power Platform, SharePoint)
• Experience with tools like Nintex or InfoPath preferred.
• Strong background in IT applications, databases, and hands-on coding.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
