This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Cloud and DevOps Engineer to embark on a migration journey to the cloud while shaping and influencing the future of this multi-billion dollar industry.

As a key member of the team, you will be involved in migrating to Azure and will work extensively with Kubernetes on complex deployments in a production environment.

This role combines both leadership and technical responsibilities, allowing you to drive project and technical delivery for a global-scale migration project.

This is a hybrid position that requires a minimum of two days on-site in Limerick, with additional flexibility for the ideal candidate.

The project is expected to run until 2028, providing you with long-term job security while offering the benefit of a day-rate contract.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably AKS but open to others.
• Excellent knowledge of cloud platforms - Azure, AWS, GCP, or others.
• Strong scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong experience with Linux.
• Experience in software engineering environments.
• Project delivery or leadership experience is required.
