Golang Developer

Role Overview

Hands-on developers working within pods under their respective Tech Leads. Responsible for implementation of specs, rule configs, API stubs, test suites, and UI components.

Responsibilities

• Implement rule configurations, Go evaluators, and typed plugins per locked specs
• Develop REST API endpoints and integration stubs
• Build Admin UI components for rule authoring and versioning
• Write unit, integration, and E2E tests from locked specs (TDD/BDD approach)
• Participate in parity testing: synthetic test suite + 6-month dual-run data analysis
• Contribute to evidence pack preparation: traceability matrix, architecture docs

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years in full-stack software development
• Go (Golang) backend development
• PostgreSQL, REST APIs
• React or Angular frontend development
• Git, CI/CD pipelines
• GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted coding tools a plus
• Healthcare claims or payer domain a plus
