We're looking for a Product Designer who designs with evidence, not just instinct. You'll own end-to-end UX for core gaming and monetization surfaces used across 500+ integrated titles — from early concept to shipped, validated experience.
This role is a strong fit if you enjoy grounding your design decisions in real user behavior — checking how a flow is actually performing, running an A/B test to settle a debate, and iterating based on what users do rather than what a review panel guesses.

We're looking for a Product Designer who designs with evidence, not just instinct. You'll own end-to-end UX for core gaming and monetization surfaces used across 500+ integrated titles — from early concept to shipped, validated experience.
This role is a strong fit if you enjoy grounding your design decisions in real user behavior — checking how a flow is actually performing, running an A/B test to settle a debate, and iterating based on what users do rather than what a review panel guesses.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end product design for core gaming and monetization features — from problem framing to shipped, polished experience.
- Translate user research and behavioral insights into intuitive, high-conversion UI/UX flows.
- Partner with PMs and engineers to design and interpret A/B tests, validating design decisions with real usage data.
- Build and maintain interactive prototypes and a scalable design system in Figma, used consistently across 500+ integrated titles and internal dashboards.
- Work closely with PMs and engineers to define feature specs and prioritize improvements based on user impact.
- Use tools like Mixpanel/Amplitude to understand user behavior and identify friction points in existing flows.
- Document design rationale, component specs, and WCAG accessibility guidelines so design decisions are traceable and reusable across the engineering org.
- Figma — component-driven design systems, auto-layout, prototyping at production fidelity
- Product/UX design for mobile apps, ideally at consumer scale
- User research — comfortable running both qualitative (usability sessions) and quantitative (surveys, behavioral analysis) research
- A/B testing & interactive prototyping — has designed experiments and iterated on results, not just executed final visuals
- Working familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude to inform design decisions
- Design systems — has built or scaled one in a multi-product/multi-team environment
- Accessibility standards (WCAG) — working knowledge, not just awareness
- A portfolio that shows real shipped work and the impact it had — not just polished mockups
- Prior experience in gaming, adtech, or high-volume consumer apps
- Familiarity with iOS HIG and Material Design guidelines
- Basic understanding of mobile SDKs or developer-facing tooling
- Your designs reach 100M+ users — you'll see the impact of your work quickly.
- Design-first culture with real autonomy — you own the user experience across the product.
- Full ownership of the visual and interaction language for a system spanning 500+ integrated titles.
