Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a UX/UI Expert to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing and refining user experiences for digital platforms with a focus on usability and visual coherence. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive interfaces aligned with user research and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate UI components, screens, and workflows based on user feedback and usability testing

• Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using industry-standard tools to communicate design concepts

• Conduct user research, including interviews and surveys, to inform design decisions and validate solutions

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of UX/UI into product development

• Ensure consistency in design language, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines across all deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for prototyping and design execution

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications

• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design improvements

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles

• Ability to iterate based on feedback and data-driven insights

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies in a product development environment

• Strong communication skills for presenting design concepts to stakeholders
