Role Description

At Ungrammary, we believe the role of a designer is evolving. As AI makes execution faster and more accessible, the biggest differentiator will no longer be the ability to create screens quickly, it will be the ability to think, make sound design decisions, and create product experiences with exceptional craft.

We're looking for designers who combine UX fundamentals with outstanding visual design skills and are excited to embrace AI as part of their workflow.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences, from understanding problems to delivering polished interfaces.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design interfaces that are visually distinctive, thoughtfully crafted, and difficult to replicate with generic AI outputs.
• Build scalable design systems and maintain consistency across products.
• Think through interaction design, micro-interactions, and user behaviour to create intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and clients to solve complex product problems.
• Use AI tools to accelerate your workflow while applying your own judgment, creativity, and product thinking to every decision.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional UI aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of Design principles, information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
• Ability to think logically, structure complex problems, and justify design decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
• Curiosity to continuously learn and adapt as design tools and workflows evolve.
• A portfolio demonstrating both excellent visual craft and strong product thinking.

• Experience working on SaaS, fintech, healthcare, AI, or enterprise products.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and prototyping tools.

What You'll Work On

You'll design ambitious digital products for startups and global brands across AI, fintech, healthcare, SaaS, and consumer technology, solving real business problems while working alongside a team that values curiosity, craftsmanship, and continuous learning.

AI-Native Design Workflow (Expected)

We expect our designers to be AI-native in the way they work.

You should be comfortable using modern AI-powered design and productivity tools such as Figma Make, Claude (for design exploration), Paper, Lovable, Freepik AI, and similar tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration, prototyping, and execution.

We value designers who know how to combine the right tools, iterate quickly, and "hack" together solutions rather than starting everything from a blank canvas.
