Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detailed-oriented HR Generalist, experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and support business functions through effective HR partnering. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, stakeholder management, and advanced Excel skills for HR reporting and analytics.

Work Location: Siruseri, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
• Partner with business teams and managers on HR-related initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and retention programs.
• Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit processes.
• Support performance management and goal-setting activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute Town Hall Meetings across business units.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and employee relations matter.
• Maintain HR Policies, compliance, and documentation.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Monitoring HR operations activities.
