Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Digital Custody, Securities Services, and Central Account Keeping (CAK). The ideal candidate will work closely with business, operations, compliance, and technology teams to define functional and business requirements for enterprise-grade digital custody platforms supporting tokenized securities, digital assets, clearing, settlement, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Understand the end-to-end securities custody lifecycle.
• Work on Digital Custody platform implementation and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and operations teams.
• Support digital asset custody, tokenization, settlement, and safekeeping solutions.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout project delivery.

Mandatory Skills

• 8–16 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience in Digital Custody.
• Central Account Keeping (CAK).
• Securities Custody Lifecycle.
• Asset Servicing / Securities Services.
• Digital Assets.
• Tokenized Securities.
• Blockchain & Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
• Smart Contracts.
• Wallet Infrastructure & Key Management.
• APIs and System Integration.
• Data Mapping.
• Cloud Architecture concepts.

Preferred Experience

• Custodians, CSDs, ICSDs.
• Investment Banking.
• Asset Management.

• Regulatory Compliance for Digital Assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
