We're now hiring a Growth Manager who eats, sleeps, and breathes Web3. You know the trends before they trend, speak fluent degen, and have a roadmap in your head for how to take a token from zero to top 100—because you’ve either done it or helped make it happen.

What You'll Do

• Lead growth strategy across all verticals: community, product launches, KOLs, airdrops, campaigns, quests, and social channels
• Work closely with marketing, design, and community teams to amplify narratives and trigger viral loops
• Identify and leverage Web3 meta and narratives in real-time (AI, DePIN, RWAs, etc.)
• Build and activate growth experiments—from token to referral loops, waitlists, and bounties
• Expand and activate a network of KOLs, alpha groups, meme accounts, and communities
• Track performance with a sharp eye for numbers, funnels, and on-chain activity
• Contribute to GTM planning for new features, partnerships, and ecosystem expansions

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of Web3-native growth experience (agency, protocol, token, or L1/L2)
• Deep understanding of crypto narratives, memes, influencers, and market psychology
• Proven track record of executing growth campaigns that actually moved the needle
• Strong relationships with KOLs, Discord/TG mods, CT influencers, and Web3 creators
• Tactical experience with campaign tools, bots, quest platforms, CRM, and analytics
• You don’t just talk Web3—you’ve lived it, tweeted it, memed it, and grown it

Bonus Points

• Past experience launching or scaling a token to a top 500/1000 ranking
• Connections in SEA, LATAM, and India Web3 ecosystems
• Background in data, analytics, or growth hacking
• Experience with Web3 marketing tools (Galxe, Zealy, Layer3, Dune, etc.)
