Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team in following Scrum and Agile principles.
• Remove blockers and help resolve team impediments.
• Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
