FullStack Engineer

Join a dynamic Banking Technology team as a Full Stack Engineer. In this

role, you will work closely with business teams to transform corporate vision into reality by

planning and delivering key projects alongside strategic partners. Operating in a fast-paced and

agile environment, you will contribute significantly to major transformation programmes and

support the broader technology team to deliver innovative end-to-end solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces that work consistently across
  
  

browsers and devices.

• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable React components
  
  

while managing application state.

• Optimise front-end performance, scalability, and maintainability by minimising re-renders
  
  

and improving load times.

• Integrate and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL to power dynamic, data-driven
  
  

applications.

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and cross-functional
  
  

teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Hands-on experience building and scaling complex applications using React and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with a solid understanding of component
  
  

architecture.

• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and modern styling approaches such as CSS Modules,
  
  

PostCSS, or CSS-in-JS.

• Proven capability to ensure high code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end
  
  

testing using Jest or Cypress.

• Demonstrated interest in utilising AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity
  
  

and overall code quality.
