FullStack Developer

We are looking for a FullStack Developer to join the team building a cloud‑native advertising management platform. This role spans backend services, frontend applications, and cloud infrastructure, working with a modern technology stack that includes Kotlin, Spring Boot,Next.js, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

This is a hands‑on engineering role where you will contribute across the full development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with a small, high‑caliber engineering team and play a key role in delivering a greenfield platform that supports company‑wide transformation

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of features, from design and implementation through testing and deployment
• Design, build, and maintain robust, high‑performance backend services and APIs using Kotlin and Spring Boot
• Develop and enhance frontend features using Next.js, including UI components, data‑fetching patterns, and API integrations
• Design database schemas and write efficient queries for PostgreSQL (operational workloads) and Big Query (analytics workloads)
• Build and extend workflow‑driven business processes using Temporal.io, following established architectural patterns
• Contribute to and maintain infrastructure managed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Terraform
• Write automated tests, maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, and participate in code reviews with a strong focus on quality and reliability
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and peers to refine technical approaches, surface risks early, and ensure steady delivery

Profile

• Minimum 6-7 years of experience of development experience using Kotlin or Java with a modern JVM framework such as Spring Boot, Micronaut, or Ktor
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API design, database access patterns, and service reliability principles for minimum 5-6 years
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React, with the ability to build and debug frontend features independently for minimum 5-6 years
• Good understanding of distributed systems and microservice architectures, including error handling and observability
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimisation, transactions, and indexing
• Familiarity with analytics or columnar databases such as Big Query, Redshift, or similar is an advantage
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, or equivalent environments such as AWS or Azure
• Comfortable with containerised deployments and Kubernetes concepts
• Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or equivalent), and a “you build it, you run it” mindset
• Exposure to workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal.io, Cadence, Airflow, or other event‑driven systems is a plus
