Build the Integrations That Power Enterprise Applications

Do you enjoy solving complex integration challenges and building scalable, high-performing solutions?

We're looking for an experienced Integration Developer to join a collaborative technology team delivering enterprise integration solutions across a large and evolving environment. You'll play a key role in designing, developing and supporting API and integration services that enable critical business applications to communicate seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll contribute to the design, development and support of enterprise integration solutions by:

• Designing, developing and maintaining integration services using Java and J2EE technologies
• Building, exposing and supporting RESTful APIs and web services
• Developing scalable, secure and high-performing integration solutions across multiple enterprise applications
• Working closely with solution architects, business analysts and development teams to deliver end-to-end integration outcomes
• Integrating cloud and on-premise applications using modern integration frameworks and middleware
• Writing clean, reusable and well-documented code following engineering best practices
• Troubleshooting production issues and optimising integration performance
• Participating in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting CI/CD practices and contributing to DevOps-driven delivery.
  
  
  

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with strong technical capability who enjoys delivering reliable integration solutions within complex enterprise environments.

Essential Skills

✔ Strong commercial experience developing applications using Java and J2EE

✔ Experience designing and developing REST APIs and web services

✔ Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API-led architecture

✔ Experience working with JSON, XML, SOAP and REST technologies

✔ Strong SQL and relational database experience

✔ Experience integrating multiple enterprise applications and systems

✔ Knowledge of secure API development including authentication and authorisation mechanisms

✔ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Highly Regarded

• Experience with API Management platforms (Apigee, MuleSoft, Kong or similar)
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, JMS or RabbitMQ
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure or GCP
• CI/CD experience using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes or container-based deployments
