Inviting applications for the role of Senior Consultant.

In this role, you will solve complex problems, shape customer strategy, and drive meaningful transformation outcomes. The role focuses on tackling ambiguous challenges, translating customer and business needs into practical solutions, and delivering impact across customer experience, operations, and digital. We’re particularly looking for people with strong structured thinking, and experience in transformation or process improvement areas.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic problem-solving and transformation initiatives across a range of business functions and industries.
  • Structure and analyze complex business challenges, identifying root causes and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to define strategic priorities, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
  • Translate customer, operational, and business needs into practical solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making and business case development.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational performance, process efficiency, and digital capability.
  • Support the delivery of transformation programs, ensuring initiatives move from strategy into execution.


Skills required:

  • Experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, transformation, business improvement, operational excellence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience solving complex business problems in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience leading or supporting transformation, process improvement, organisational change, or customer-focused initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic recommendations backed by data and insight.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
