The organisation offers a broad range of services spanning business advisory, taxation and adjacent accounting and finance, legal and technology consulting services. The firm seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to support its next growth phase. Working with the partnership group, the COO will lead key functions including people and culture, finance, marketing, IT, governance and operations.

The role combines strategy and execution, driving organisational performance, improving systems and processes, and enabling growth. The COO will also lead M&A activity, including integration, and ensure enterprise alignment across a geographically dispersed business.

We are seeking an executive with proven leadership experience in professional services. Ideally you will offer a track record in driving growth, leading transformation and continuous improvement, and engaging senior stakeholders in partnership structures. Strong commercial acumen, an inspirational leadership style and an ability to translate strategy into execution will be critical.
