Application Developer

This role involves designing and developing a mobile application or progressive web app tailored for field-level farm management, specifically for farmers working with palm oil, bamboo, and orchard crops. The app will serve as the primary digital touchpoint for farm workers, enabling them to log events and manage fertigation processes efficiently. The design must be clean and minimal, aligning with a trustworthy and reliable brand image. A key feature is a map view where photos taken on the farm are logged as entries for follow-ups or event tracking, alongside a dedicated page for fertigation controls that integrates with the map. Voice-based actions are integral to the user experience, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for field workers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a mobile app or PWA for farm management, focusing on usability for field-level workers.
• Implement a map-based interface where users can log photos and events directly from the field.
• Develop a fertigation control module that integrates with the map and allows for section-based management.
• Ensure seamless support for voice-based actions throughout the app.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver a solution that meets operational needs.
• Conduct testing and iterate on feedback to ensure reliability and user satisfaction.

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience in mobile app or PWA development, preferably with agricultural or field operations applications.
