Sapiens is on the lookout for an HR Specialist to join our team in Latvia.

Working Model: Our flexible work arrangement combines both in-office and remote work, optimizing flexibility and productivity. This position will be part of the Sapiens HR division.
Tasks include:
- HR Systems Management: Work with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) - SuccessFactors, and digital platforms like Power BI, SharePoint, and similar tools, to improve and streamline HR processes.
- HR Documentation: Prepare and manage essential documentation throughout the employment life cycle in the company.
- Assist the HR Manager: Support the HR Manager daily with various HR-related tasks, processes, procedures, and policy implementation.
- Cross-Divisional Cooperation: Collaborate with the global HR team and different business units, support units HR needs, following company policies.
- Employee Engagement Activities Initiative Launching: Actively participate in launching HR initiatives and organizing local events, such as wellness months and training weeks.
What to Have for this position:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or second-level degree in Human Resources or related field or 2+ years in an HR-related role;
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Operational Expertise: Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient in working with documentation, reports, and analytics.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital tools and Human Resources Information Systems (e.g., MS Office, HRIS systems, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.)
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Latvian and English communication skills, with strong relationship-building, conflict resolution and resilience, and multiple stakeholders’ collaboration abilities.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze HR metrics to improve processes and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Additional technical Skills: Familiarity with IT field tools, and usage of AI in daily tasks will be an advantage.
