Job Description
Our new Consumer Platform aims to create seamless, unified user experiences across all of Nine's digital products. It will encompass universal capabilities for identity, marketing communications, subscription management, billing, payments, and personalisation, enabling deeper audience engagement, growth, and retention.
About The Role
As the Associate Product Manager for MarTech, you will join the expanded Engagement team within our Consumer Platform. Reporting to the Head of Product (Accounts & Engagement) and mentored by our Product Lead, you will focus on our customer engagement and marketing automation capabilities, with an immediate priority on supporting our recent MoEngage integration
You will play a hands-on role in supporting our Growth Marketing teams as they build, execute, and experiment with campaigns. This is an incredible opportunity to develop your core product management craft, working day-to-day with a dedicated delivery team while being guided by a senior product mentor.

What You’ll Do
- Product Execution & Features: Assist in defining, building, and launching minor features and enhancements within the MoEngage platform and wider MarTech ecosystem.
- Feature Specification: Write clear, actionable feature specifications for features and contribute meaningfully to the requirements for larger experimentation and marketing initiatives.
- Product Delivery: Develop effective working relationships with teams across Nine, helping articulate project goals and making the right implementation trade-offs alongside your manager.
- Quality Assurance: Effectively QA your team's features and use cases to ensure a high-quality release, triaging and prioritising bugs before launch.
- Instrumentation & Data: Ensure proper analytics instrumentation is defined for your features, leveraging internal analytics tools to review post-launch results and recommend next steps.
- Voice of the Customer: Work with your manager to identify when and how to gather user feedback to understand user sentiment and drive more effective product decision-making.
- An aspiring or early-career Product Manager with an understanding of digital products and a keen interest in customer lifecycle marketing and MarTech platforms (experience or familiarity with MoEngage or other CRM’s is a plus).
- A strong collaborator with a proactive attitude, eager to develop close working relationships with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Detail-oriented and organised, capable of defining clear, achievable goals for engineering teams and documenting detailed requirements.
- Curious and data-oriented, with a desire to learn analytics best practices, analyse user behavior, and use insights to optimise product performance.
- A proactive learner who seeks out feedback from managers and peers to continuously develop their product management skill set.
- Comfortable working in a transforming environment, with a strong willingness to escalate blockers quickly and ask for help when navigating complex challenges.
