About An Open Position

We are looking for a Mid/Senior Software Developer to work on the development of one of the leading Scandinavian banks in Lithuania's internal system. As a developer, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of IT and business professionals across Baltic countries.

YOU WILL:

  • Be writing reusable, testable, and efficient code;
  • Analyze, clarify, and understand project requirements;
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes;
  • Ensuring that best coding practices are followed;
  • Support team members in achieving common goals.


What We Expect You Will Bring

  • Professional experience with C#, GCP, .NET Core, RESTful API, Kafka, Microservices, Angular (back-end and/or front-end);
  • Practical experience with DevOps related tools and technologies (Azure DevOps);
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift);
  • Fostering excellent collaborative working relationships in Agile teams and multi-brand ecosystems;
  • Exellent communication skills;
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian.

For this role, we offer a NETO (after taxes) salary range of 1700 - 2700 Eur for a mid-level developer and 2700 - 4000 Eur for a senior developer. The final salary agreement is based on skills and experience.
