AI Engineer – Microsoft 365 Copilot | Melbourne | 6-Month Contract

We're seeking an experienced AI Engineer with deep expertise across the Microsoft 365 Copilot ecosystem to join a large enterprise delivering the next phase of its AI transformation.

This is a hands-on role where you'll drive Copilot adoption, build intelligent AI solutions using Copilot Studio, and work closely with business stakeholders to maximise the value of Microsoft's AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement across the organisation
• Designing and developing custom Copilots, agents, plugins and connectors using Copilot Studio
• Building Power Platform solutions to extend Copilot capabilities
• Delivering workshops, training and user enablement programs
• Developing prompt libraries, AI standards and governance frameworks
• Monitoring adoption, identifying new use cases and driving continuous improvement
• Ensuring AI solutions align with security, compliance and data governance requirements

To be successful, you'll have experience with:

• Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Copilot Studio
• Power Apps and Power Automate
• Microsoft Graph and Graph Connectors
• Prompt Engineering
• SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Administration
• AI governance, security and compliance
• Python or software development
• Azure AI Foundry and GitHub Copilot (highly regarded)
