We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a major government ICT transformation program currently in its build phase. This role sits within a multi-pod Agile delivery environment and will support the delivery of a complex enterprise platform spanning customer portal, CRM, modern data capabilities, and integration services.

You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and embedded delivery teams including Dev Leads, Product Owners, architects, testers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure strong Agile cadence, clear priorities, and consistent delivery practices across multiple streams.

This is not a traditional single-team Scrum Master role — instead, you will operate across three delivery pods, supporting coordination, dependency management, and delivery discipline while enabling Dev Leads to retain ownership of day-to-day technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Agile delivery across multiple pods, ensuring effective sprint cadence, prioritisation, and flow of work
• Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives, and showcases
• Work with delivery teams to identify, track, and manage dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery constraints
• Maintain visibility of sprint progress, velocity, carry-over work, and delivery risks using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Support Product Owners and Dev Leads to maintain clear, prioritised, sprint-ready backlogs
• Promote continuous improvement, transparency, and predictable delivery outcomes
• Coordinate across development, testing, data, integration, architecture, and business readiness streams
• Provide clear delivery reporting and escalation of risks and issues to project leadership

Key Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Iteration Manager in complex ICT environments
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams or delivery pods in parallel
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and Agile metrics
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar Agile delivery tooling
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery coordination across technical and business teams
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in structured delivery environments with governance, release management, and reporting requirements

Highly Regarded Experience

• Experience on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or enterprise CRM/data platforms
• Exposure to scaled Agile or multi-team delivery environments
• Experience in government, regulatory, or complex enterprise transformation programs
• Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.)
• Experience improving delivery tooling, dashboards, and Agile reporting practices
