Product Delivery Analyst

Every great product is only as good as its delivery. As a Product Delivery Analyst, you'll be the engine that keeps our product roadmap moving - connecting the dots between ideas, engineering, and release and making sure the right things ship to the right people at the right time.

You'll work across Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders to sharpen how features flow from concept through to production. You'll bring structure to complexity, and momentum to a team that's building infrastructure that will shape the future of the industry.

This isn't a passive coordination role. It's for someone who takes ownership of delivery, spots what's slowing the machine down, and implements automated solutions which continue to accelerate our growth.

Rendr is the delivery orchestration platform powering fulfilment for some of Australia's largest retailers, including Chemist Warehouse, Jaycar and Nutrition Warehouse, providing the intelligence layer for logistics operations while investing in building the infrastructure that will define how Australian commerce moves goods for the next 200 years.

• Own the delivery pipeline - moving features smoothly from definition through to release, keeping stakeholders aligned and blockers cleared at every stage
• Work across the business to capture, document, and refine requirements that translate commercial and operational needs into clear, actionable engineering scope
• Support the rhythm of agile delivery, from backlog refinement and sprint planning through to release coordination across multiple product teams
• Partner with Engineering to streamline the development process - identifying friction, improving handoffs, and making the path from build to ship shorter and more reliable
• Use AI tools and automations to strengthen the delivery pipeline and improve how the team works
• Communicate changes and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Identify patterns and gaps across the delivery cycle and feed them back into how we work,  always looking for the next improvement

• Proven experience in software development processes as an Analyst, QA, or delivery-support role, ideally in a web-focused or SaaS product development team
• Comfortable coordinating work across multiple teams and working independently to keep a pipeline moving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in product and process documentation, with strong attention to detail and comfort reviewing and developing processes
• Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and related tools and automations will be an advantage
• A self-starter comfortable operating with minimal day-to-day direction
• Genuine curiosity for AI tools and workflows, and comfort trialling new tech and approaches
• Experience in ecommerce, logistics or fulfilment is desirable
