This is a unique opportunity to work across Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Analytics, partnering with stakeholders across the business to turn data into actionable insights, predictive models, and scalable solutions that drive measurable commercial impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver Business Insights

• Translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Provide regular insights to senior stakeholders, highlighting performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and next steps.
• Develop compelling dashboards and visualisations using Power BI.
• Monitor key business metrics and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  
  

Build Advanced Analytics Solutions

• Develop diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive models to support business decision-making.
• Build forecasting models, segmentation approaches, and analytical frameworks that improve commercial outcomes.
• Deploy and monitor analytical solutions to ensure ongoing effectiveness and adoption.
• Partner with data engineering teams to enhance scalable analytics capabilities and data platforms.
  
  

Leverage AI to Drive Efficiency

• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to automate reporting, insight generation, analysis, and other business processes.
• Develop reusable AI solutions that improve productivity and decision-making across the organisation.
• Support the adoption of responsible and secure AI practices.
  
  

Partner Across the Business

• Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other functions to solve business challenges through data.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Help build a data-driven culture by promoting analytics and AI best practices.
  
  

We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in FMCG and/or Consulting, delivering analytics that influenced commercial decisions.
• Experience building end-to-end analytics solutions, from problem definition through to deployment and stakeholder adoption.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for non-technical audiences.
• Experience across analytics, data science, and data engineering environments.
• A commercial mindset with a passion for solving business problems through data.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Python
• Power BI (including data modelling and dashboard development)
• Snowflake
• AWS SageMaker
  
  

Highly Regarded

• Experience with dbt, Matillion, Airflow, API integrations, or modern data pipelines.
• Exposure to Generative AI, prompt engineering, or agentic AI solutions.
• Experience working in cloud-based analytics environments.
