Are you the person who can take commercial data, turn it into insight and help a leadership team make smarter decisions?

We are partnering with a global healthcare business that is looking for a commercially minded analytics specialist to support its ANZ business across sales performance, reporting, forecasting, pricing, tenders, market insights and business planning.

This is not just a dashboard role.

Yes, you’ll be hands-on with Power BI, Excel and data reporting, but you’ll also be working closely with the GM, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to help shape commercial decisions, identify opportunities and bring better visibility to the business.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for building and managing reporting that helps the commercial team understand performance, spot trends and make informed decisions.

This will include:

• Sales performance reporting and KPI tracking
• Creating dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and Excel
• Supporting market analysis, business planning and commercial strategy
• Working with sales and marketing to identify margin and growth opportunities
• Supporting pricing, tenders and contract analysis
• Building financial models for forecasting, revenue, margin and cost scenarios
• Preparing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Helping improve systems, processes and data visibility across the business
• Supporting new product launches, market modelling and business development activity

What we’re looking for

You’ll suit this role if you have a strong mix of commercial thinking, data capability and stakeholder confidence.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• 8–10 years’ experience across business analytics, commercial finance, sales operations, revenue analytics or commercial excellence
• Strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills
• Experience building dashboards, reports and commercial insights
• Strong understanding of revenue, margin, pricing and forecasting
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance and leadership
• High attention to detail and strong data validation skills
• Confidence presenting insights and recommendations, not just numbers
• Experience with CRM, ERP, SQL, Tableau, Python or R would be highly regarded
• A degree in data analytics, finance, accounting, statistics, economics or similar

You’ll be analytical, curious, accurate and commercially switched on. You’ll also need to be comfortable working with senior leaders and translating data into clear, practical business recommendations. Ideally you come from a Life Sciences or FMCG background.
