DevOps Engineer

Join a high-impact team dedicated to the ongoing development and optimization of a large-scale eCommerce platform for a major US retail company serving millions of omnichannel customers weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Mastery: Improve, standardize, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across engineering teams to accelerate build, test, and deployment processes
• Infrastructure as Code: Enhance and scale IaC practices to ensure robust, reproducible environment provisioning
• Observability & Reliability: Elevate platform monitoring, reliability, and scalability to handle high-traffic eCommerce demands
• Security First (DevSecOps): Drive infrastructure security hardening and integrate automated compliance checks into delivery pipelines
• Technical Leadership: Partner with product and engineering teams to refine operational workflows, influence architectural decisions, and participate in pre-sales/technical consulting when needed

Requirements (Mandatory Skills)

• Cloud Architecture: Solid, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Orchestration: Strong experience managing Kubernetes in complex production environments
• IaC & Tooling: Proficient with Terraform or Azure Bicep
• Containers: Deep understanding of Docker or Podman
• Automation & Scripting: Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell
• Soft Skills & Leadership: Proven experience leading/mentoring engineers, paired with strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to drive cross-team collaboration
• Language: English (B2 Upper-Intermediate or higher) for daily global collaboration
