Our client is an innovative B2B fintech company helping customers through a product-led platform and customer-driven enhancements. They work as a distributed team across Latin America to create meaningful impact. With innovation and collaboration at their core, they are building the systems, workflows, and product foundation needed to scale from roughly $2M to $10M in ARR.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Product Manager who can own the product function end-to-end. You’ll translate customer feedback into clear priorities, manage timelines and stakeholder communication, and ensure engineering always has the tickets, requirements, and clarity needed to keep moving. This role works closely with leadership, engineers, designers, and customers to drive product execution, customer enhancements, and sales-supporting product work. This role requires someone who is proactive, fast-moving, organized, and confident in customer conversations, with the ability to operate well in a high-speed, highly collaborative environment.
You Will:
- Own the product function and help take responsibility off the current engineering/product lead.
- Translate customer feedback and business needs into clear priorities, tickets, and product requirements.
- Keep engineering continuously moving by ensuring requirements are well-defined and no one is blocked waiting for clarification.
- Manage timelines and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders across the business.
- Join customer meetings, present features and prototypes, gather feedback, and ask thoughtful questions.
- Manage stakeholder communication both upward to leadership and downward to engineers and cross-functional partners.
- Support a fast-moving product organization where product drives sales, customer enhancements, and SOW-related work.
- Help create a tight feedback loop between customer conversations, product decisions, and engineering execution.
- Potentially grow into a lead role and manage others over time.
About You:
Your Background:
- Experience as a Senior Product Manager in a B2B company.
- Experience working at a company that scaled from roughly $2M to $10M ARR.
- Experience working across multiple products.
- Strong command of product metrics and data-driven decision making.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and strong English.
- Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders proactively.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and maintaining clarity around requirements.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where speed and responsiveness matter.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to keep momentum without waiting for direction.
- Comfortable in a distributed Latin America-based team environment.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Claude, Fathom, and similar AI-enabled workflows.
Nice to Have:
- Fintech experience.
- Experience demonstrating a strong personal AI workflow.
- Experience turning meeting insights into tickets, requirements, and engineering workload management.
