Job Description

As part of the Customer Success Management (CSM) group, you will be responsible for developing the after-sales products for the Hot Runner and Controllers (HRC) product line. You will be part of the global product development team.

Responsibilities

Product ownership:

• Develop & Optimize product definition based on market intelligence in collaboration with Engineering, Global Supply Chain, and local service team & sales
• Develop a service network globally to unlock local refurbishing capabilities
• Develop business cases and Go To Market strategy aligned with overall Husky business objectives
• Ensure that developments fulfill product definition and cost targets
• Project Management of Hot Runner service product development releases, commercialization
  
  

Create Product And Sales Materials:

• Value propositions / Monetized benefit statements and tools
• Key Messages
• In collaboration with Marketing develop content, animations, trade shows, campaigns
• Develop training material for External and Internal customers
  
  

Market Analysis:

• Identify opportunities in alignment with business strategy
• Involvement in key customer activities with sales & service to ensure a strong understanding of customer needs & service trends
• Analyze parts and service potential through data analysis (market share, pricing, margin)
  
  

Competitive Analysis:

• Understand competitive landscape product, core markets, strengths and weaknesses
• Identify opportunities to enter new markets and increase share of wallet
  
  

Participate in shows, customer visits, and sales meetings

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree/diploma with business/commercial experience and/or business degree/diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong product development/ product management experience, organization, and time management skills
• Highly creative, innovative, and business-minded oriented
• Good knowledge of the hot runner and controller market is an asset
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent at preparing and delivering professional presentations
• Excellent analytical and decision-making capability, including financial analysis experience and ability to conduct statistical calculations for modeling simulation and data analysis
• Additional language skills are considered an asset
• Ability to travel globally, cross-cultural awareness
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Fluent in English
