European Project Reporting Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented European Project Reporting Coordinator to join our European Projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the reporting processes and supporting the monitoring and successful execution of various European-funded projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail and understanding of European funding frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Prepare and submit periodic reports for EU-funded projects, compiling financial and technical data from various teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, monitor progress, ensure timely submission of deliverables, and provide insights and recommendations to support project decision-making.
• Assist in audits and reviews, coordinate with stakeholders for information gathering, and update project management databases.
• Analyze project data for trends and issues, manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Profile:  

• Demonstrated experience in project reporting, preferably within the context of EU-funded projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• University degree in a related field.
