skill set list for Workplace Advanced (Network Smart Hands) ▪ Working technical knowledge, in order

to address service work orders, for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals and

site security equipment ▪ Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. reporting), with the ability

to run workshops for information collation ▪ Works on projects of moderately medium-complex scope,

and able to work with intercompany teams ▪ Exercises independent judgment within defined practices

and procedures ▪ Assist with support of datacenter and application architecture ▪ Assist with

troubleshooting basic network issues and understands the administering of switches, routers, and

firewalls with the assistance of the Nutanix Remote Resolver Team ▪ Knowledge of backup, tape, and

exchange infrastructures ▪ Typically, 2-5 years of experience ▪ Ability to assist with configuring routers

and switches under the guidance of the Nutanix remote resolver team. ▪ Assist with the integration and

customization of hardware components on operating system and networks
