You will be responsible for leading the strategy and implementation of data products for the Finance function across Latin America. Your role is to bridge business and engineering: understand business needs, develop solutions, and direct them to technical teams for build and delivery.
What you need to know about this position:
In this role, you still get hands-on - not to build solutions from scratch, but to critically assess, challenge, propose course corrections, navigate environments, run tests, and discuss deeply technical aspects.

Our Latin America region is comprised of four Mondelez International business units: Brazil, México, Southern Cone (which includes Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay) and WACAM (which includes 12 South American countries and the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico); and one stand-alone market: Venezuela. - Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda
- Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects
- Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
- Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

- Technical experience in roles in best-in-class analytics practices
- Experience deploying new analytical approaches in a complex and highly matrixed organization

Your key responsibilities include:
- Oversee, lead implementation, and manage financial data analytics projects and operations across Latin America
- Translate large data sets into actionable insights to drive financial strategy and decisions
- Manage the Data Analytics roadmap, agenda, and stakeholder relationships, leading broader strategic initiatives (business development, operational efficiency, regional expansion)
- Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing data-driven insights and financial models
- Manage and develop a team of data analysts and finance professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous skill development
- Strong business relationship skills and deep business knowledge — this cannot be a purely technical profile
- Ability to work with ambiguity and diverse stakeholders in a multicultural, global environment across multiple time zones
- Proven ability to lead change and drive innovation within an organization
- Knowledge of CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)
- Broader business acumen: experience managing not just financial operations but also exposure to other areas of business management
- Change Management experience in organizational transformation contexts
- Fluent English (required)
- Functional Spanish — someone with the attitude to understand and make themselves understood
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related IT fields
