Our team designs and develops solutions that strengthen secure, reliable communication across telecommunication networks.

Our platforms are integrated into the ecosystem and technical infrastructure of mobile operators across Europe where our services process and analyze voice calls and messages to improve security and customer engagement for millions of end consumers.

In addition, our team provides fully managed Value-Added Services (VAS) solutions to multiple carriers.

This role reports into the Director Product and Technology at RealNetworks, a TransUnion company and will form part of a small team of strong but very capable tech team based in Salzburg, Austria.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure environments (AWS)
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Terragrunt
• Monitor application performance, system reliability, and infrastructure health
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency
• Manage containerized environments using Docker
• Ensure security best practices are integrated into infrastructure and deployment workflows
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response activities
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures
• Support disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability strategies
  
  

Required Knowledge And Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Track record years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong experience with Linux/Unix systems administration
• Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles; sound understanding of IP/TCP networking
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
  

Required Technical Skill

• Cloud platforms (AWS – Amazon Web Services)
• CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC – Infrastructure as Code) tools such as Terraform
• Containerization technologies including Docker
• Scripting languages such as Bash, Python; monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
  
  

The minimum salary for this position, according to the Austrian collective bargaining agreement, is EUR 3,954.00 per month for a full-time employment. Depending on professional experience and/or qualifications, your actual salary is intended to be significantly higher.
