The Position

Take on an exciting regional opportunity to shape and manage Boehringer Ingelheim’s Poultry portfolio across 33 countries, driving profitable and sustainable growth for our Poultry brands. In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with global and country teams to align strategies, turn ideas into market impact, and contribute to shared success across a diverse international region. Readiness to travel is important, as you will engage directly with markets and stakeholders to build strong connections and support effective execution.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Bring global Poultry strategy to life across the region, turning ambition into strong portfolio performance and measurable business impact
  • Turn market insights, competitive dynamics, and portfolio performance data into clear recommendations that shape strategic decisions
  • Lead lifecycle management initiatives, from product launches and line extensions to strategic portfolio projects that unlock future growth
  • Connect Global Marketing, Medical/Technical, Regulatory, Commercial Excellence, and country Marketing teams as a trusted regional partner
  • Transform scientific content into compelling regional marketing strategies and empower country teams with practical tools for compliant local execution, including pricing, forecasting, and budget planning


Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Life Sciences, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Bring at least three years of experience in the poultry industry or Animal Health pharmaceuticals, ideally with a focus on poultry products
  • Understand Poultry market dynamics, economic drivers, and regulated marketing environments
  • Work confidently in international matrix teams, with strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
  • Communicate fluently in English; German and/or Russian is an advantage; willingness to travel up to 40% of total working time

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 92.500 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
