About This Position

Support global AI initiatives with a strong focus on building andscaling AI-powered processes and workflows used in daily business.Contribute to AI upskilling activities, implementation, and cross-functionalcollaboration.

What You'll Do

• Build and implement AI-powered processes and workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Agent Builder
• Translate business needs into working automations, agents, and reusable workflow solutions
• Prepare and present implemented use cases, workflows, and impact to stakeholders
• Support AI upskilling activities and create practical content based on real use cases and workflows
• Collaborate with global teams (digital, sales, marketing, strategy) to identify, build, and implement high-impact AI use cases
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and embedded into daily business processes
  
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Business, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or similar
• Hands-on experience building automations or AI solutions using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, APIs or similar tools
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical processes, workflows, and solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to present solutions clearly to business stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with Power Platform is a strong advantage
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and automation with focus on practical application in business processes
• High level of ownership and hands-on, execution-driven and fast prototyping mindset
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a global environment
