JHC Consulting is currently providing counsel to a prominent Austrian financial services group regarding their long term strategic direction. Because we work with heads of industry and board committees, our internal coordination must match the gravity of the questions we are asked to answer. We are looking for a Project Management Coordinator to join our practice and support the high standards of discipline we bring to every engagement. This is a chance for an entry level professional to observe and assist in the management of complex, high stakes advisory work.
The Role
You will be responsible for the logistical health of our active mandates. This includes tracking the progress of memoranda from draft to final signed record, maintaining the schedule for our principals, and ensuring that all reading materials are organized for analysis. Your work is not about creating slide decks or attending ceremonies. Instead, you will ensure the environment remains clear for our writers to focus on analysis. You will help monitor the timelines for client deliverables, coordinate internal reviews, and manage the digital archives where our counsel is stored for years. The day to day focus is on clarity and the removal of static from the consulting process.
What You Bring
We require someone who values the precision of the written word. Even in a coordination role, your ability to draft clear, brief updates is critical. You should have a foundational understanding of corporate structures or finance, perhaps through your recent studies or an internship. We value intellectual maturity and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion. Organization should be a natural habit for you, allowing you to track multiple moving parts without losing focus on the details.
