Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate adoption of Agile mindset, values, and principles.
• Guide teams in continuous improvement and evidence‑based development.
• Collect and analyze delivery metrics, team health, and customer satisfaction data.
• Provide constructive feedback and foster collaboration across teams.
• Integrate into Agile Chapter events (2 days/month equivalent).
• Support delivery while focusing equally on people and culture.

Requirements

• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Experience across 2–3 different teams, ideally in more than one company.
• Exposure beyond IT contexts is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong facilitation (virtual & physical).
• Proactivity and ability to act across organizational levels.
• Passion for metrics and evidence‑based improvement.
• Mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe/LeSS a plus).
• Knowledge of Design Thinking and UX frameworks (nice to have).
• Languages: Fluent English + French OR Dutch (German is a plus).
• Soft Skills: Transparency, adaptability, constructive feedback, independence, innovation mindset.
