Project Manager

About The Role

In this significant role, you manage and are accountable for contract deliveries, working closely with both customers and subcontractors to achieve high satisfaction levels while navigating technical, industrial, financial, and time constraints. You are responsible for maintaining and fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring the realization and optimization of contractual requirements (budget, quality, schedule, and strategic alignment) with an emphasis on ensuring compliance and product safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee customer relationship to align with strategic objectives
• Deliver projects under strict budget, quality, and schedule parameters
• Lead engagements and negotiations with stakeholders, customers, and subcontractors
• Apply the company process and improve financial outcomes through risk and opportunity management
• Supervise cross-functional teams and enhance their effectiveness
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant standards and regulations
  
  
  

What we're looking for

We seek an experienced leader with a robust track record in managing large-scale projects, particularly within high-tech environments.

• Civil or Industrial Engineer, Business School Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent experience
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, plus English
• 10 years’ experience in delivery & operation management
• Proven skills in contract and change management
• Experience in hardware and software development is an asset
• Strong soft skills and relationship-building capabilities
• Prior exposure to military and/or aerospace sectors is advantageous
