Infogene Belgium (part of Vulcain Engineering Group) is looking for a BI / Data Analyst to join its teams.
In this role, you will leverage data to generate meaningful insights, support decision-making and improve operational performance across organizations.
You will support digital transformation initiatives across the Energy, Life Sciences and Industrial sectors, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Understand business needs and translate them into reporting and data solutions
- Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports and KPIs for business users
- Collect, clean and consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and performance improvement areas
- Collaborate closely with Business Stakeholders, Data Engineers, Project Managers and Solution Architects to deliver valuable insights
- Support data governance initiatives by promoting data quality, consistency and best practices
- Communicate findings and recommendations through clear data visualizations and business-oriented presentations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, analytical models and decision-support tools
ABOUT YOU
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
- Between 3 and 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis or Reporting projects
- Strong experience with reporting, dashboarding and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Good understanding of data modelling, data quality and business performance measurement
- Comfortable working in collaborative and agile environments
- Professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency in French and/or Dutch is highly appreciated
- Experience within Energy, Utilities, Life Sciences or Industrial environments is considered a strong asset
Nice to have : SQL, Microsoft Excel, DAX, Power Query, Tableau / Qlik Sense, Data Visualization, KPI Reporting
