Senior Agile Coach – Drive Transformation and Inspire Change

Are you an experienced Agile Coach passionate about guiding organizations toward agility and sustainable transformation? We’re seeking someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operations—someone who can connect teams, stakeholders, and management to embed the agile mindset at every level.

In this role, you’ll not only facilitate change but inspire it. You’ll translate long-term goals into concrete actions aligned with organizational visions, empowering teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Agile Transformations: Implement tailored approaches to align agile practices with organizational objectives.
• Coach and Mentor: Guide teams and stakeholders in agile frameworks, encouraging collaboration and growth.
• Drive Change Management: Build a culture of improvement and innovation across the organization.
• Optimize Processes: Support data teams with insights that improve efficiency and results.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including DevOps practices and change management.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, driving impactful transformations.
• Certified PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) or equivalent.
• Strong experience with data teams and process optimization.
• Outstanding communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
