The Senior Sales Specialist is responsible for acquiring new customers, developing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth in ICT and professional services. The role reports directly to the Company Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closing
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
- Upsell and cross-sell services
- Collaborate with technical and internal teams
- Participate in events and industry activities
- Monitor market trends and contribute to service improvements
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (ICT, SaaS, consulting, telecom, or similar sectors preferred)
- Higher or equivalent education in business, IT, economics, or marketing (experience may substitute)
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital solutions
- Experience with consultative selling and CRM systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent national language and professional English
Base Salary: EUR 2,500 gross/month + additional performance-based bonuses
